Many people have a camera. Not as many know how to use it well.

I have been conducting some fun, casual, informal camera and photography classes lately.

We have had a lot of fun, with my 'students' learning how to get the best out of whatever gear they have. Shooting some great portrait shots in the first class was very satisfying. One students image of her friend (who creatively brought some little LED's!) was a winner!

They have also had the opportunity to try out some of my gear. The macro lenses being a particular favourite. I look forward to the next upcoming class... We have gone from one, to two, to now I believe, 6 people attending.
